30 March to 2 April 2017

Australia’s first FIAP Regional Exhibition for more than 30 years Melbourne 2017 Stamp & Coin Show is to be held 30 March to 2 April 2017.

The venue is Melbourne’s Caulfield Racecourse. It is expected that over 60 stamp traders, coin traders, auction houses and postal administrations will be involved.

More than 1,200 competitive frames will be provided and there will be participation from more than 20 countries in the FIAP region.

More information can be found on the exhibition website

A special feature of Melbourne 2017 Stamp & Coin Show is “Royalpex 125”, a non-competitive exhibition involving 150 frames exhibits/displays of The Royal Philatelic Society of Victoria members. It is important to note that the exhibits/displays for Royalpex 125 will not be judged; this is an exhibition to show the range of collective interests by members of The Royal Philatelic Society of Victoria. The occasion marks the Society’s 125th anniversary and continues a tradition of non-competitive exhibits/displays for the RPSV’s centenary (1992) and 75th anniversary (1967).

The Society will have stand 27 at the Melbourne 2017 Stamp & Coin Show. The stand will be a focal point for the Society, publicizing the Society, membership benefits and selling our publications.
Volunteers are required to help at the stand.
